6 Weeks Childcare Free
Terms & Conditions
Promotion Valid Until 15th September 2025
1. Promotional Offer
Eligible families will receive 6 weeks of free childcare, applied in alignment with the child’s regular weekly booking. For example, a child enrolled for 3 days per week will receive 3 free days per week for 6 consecutive weeks.
2. Enrolment Eligibility
To qualify:
• Families must enrol with a permanent booking of at least 2 days per week.
• Enrolment must be finalised by 15th September 2025 at KingKids Dandenong.
• The free weeks will be applied after the child has completed 12 weeks of continuous care.
3. Application of Discount
The promotional discount (equivalent to 6 weeks of care) will be automatically applied to the family’s KingKids account.
4. Account Conditions
To remain eligible:
• The family’s account must be in good financial standing, with no overdue payments.
• The family must have an active Child Care Subsidy (CCS) in place.
• The account must not be in receipt of Additional Child Care Subsidy (ACCS) at any point during the promotion.
5. Offer Limitations
• This promotion is exclusively available to new enrolments at KingKids Dandenong.
• Cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or fee reductions.
• Non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or alternate services.
• Discount eligibility may impact Kindergarten Subsidy entitlements during the promotional period.
6. Notice & Cancellation
• A minimum of 2 weeks written notice is required to cease care.
• If care is terminated prior to completing the 12-week period, the promotional offer will be forfeited, and any outstanding fees will become payable.
7. How to Redeem
To take advantage of this offer, families must mention the “6 Weeks Free Promotion” during the enrolment process.

At KingKids Dandenong, we’re here to support you, with flexible care from 6:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Dandenong 3-Year-Old Kindergarten
Our 3-year-old kindergarten program helps children grow through play, curiosity, and connection. Led by qualified teachers, your child will build confidence and develop key skills through fun, hands-on experiences in:
Social & Emotional Development: Making friends, expressing feelings, and learning to communicate in a safe space
Early Literacy & Numeracy: Exploring letters, counting, and stories through fun games and activities
Learning Through Play: Growing curiosity through music, art, and hands-on discovery.
After kinder, your child can stay and enjoy extended learning and care until 6:30pm.
Dandenong 4-Year-Old Kindergarten
Get ready for big smiles and even bigger jumps in knowledge! Our 4-year-old kindergarten program helps your child build the confidence and skills needed for school and life.
Led by qualified teachers, the program supports each child to:
- Grow with personalised guidance to reach their full potential
Build friendships and resilience through strong social-emotional foundation
- Learn through play with hands-on activities that spark creativity, thinking, and early literacy
Sports Program
Our sports program helps children build confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of self through fun, active play. Led by energetic, skilled coaches, children enjoy a variety of games and sports that support their physical, social, and emotional development. Through teamwork, communication, and movement, children learn respect, cooperation, and healthy habits, all while having fun. With small group sessions, every child gets the chance to shine and grow at their own pace.
Bush Kindergarten Program
Our Bush Kinder takes learning outdoors, giving children the freedom to explore nature and grow through hands-on play. Held in local parks, bushland, and community spaces, children connect with the environment using natural materials and open-ended play. By spending more time outside, children build a love for nature and a deeper understanding of sustainability and caring for Country.

At KingKids Dandenong, we provide fresh, healthy meals prepared daily in our onsite kitchen. Our seasonal four-week rotating menu features dishes from around the world, reflecting the diverse cultures in our community.
All meals are nutritious, child-friendly, and halal-friendly, with the menu always on display at the centre. We provide:

For babies under 12 months, we offer formula at no extra cost. Prefer a different brand?
Bring it in, we’re happy to support your choice. Breastfeeding is welcomed and supported, with a policy in place to ensure a comfortable space for mothers and babies.

I have had the privilege of working with KingKids for the past nine years, and I am deeply passionate about delivering the highest standard of service and care to our families, children, and educators. As a mother of two young children, Aria and Elias, I understand firsthand the importance of building trusting relationships and providing quality care that families can rely on. Outside of work, my family enjoys spending weekends exploring the outdoors and cooking with new recipes in the kitchen.
